STATISTICAL EXPERT (Iasi)

Responsibilities:

The Statistical Expert will assist and provide SME guidance on any analytical deep investigation required;
Support on problem solving activities within the plant: 6 Sigma and Shainin projects;
Get and implement best practices related to SPC (Statistical Process Control) processes from other Delphi sites;
Be the leader of SPC implementation and use in Iasi;
Assist users on any day to day issue (ex: troubles between measurement equipment and software, etc.);
Support SPC coordinator on statistical training activities within the plant;
Participate together with UAP managers on activities for improvement and action plans creation and follow up;
Participate on regular process audits.

Requirements:
University degree in Mathematics or Statistics;
Previous experience on manufacturing environment – considered to be an advantage;
Analytical skills with demonstrated ability to interpret challenging information;
Meticulous, detailed oriented and methodical work habits;
Organizational and leadership skills;
Self-motivated and persistent;
Able to work within a team;
Computer skills mandatory;
Written and verbal communication skills;
English knowledge advanced level: oral and written.
