XL World, a Xerox Company is recruiting a Benefits Specialist
The role holders are to effectively administer all aspects of the flexible benefits plans in respect of one or more clients in accordance with our written standards and procedures. The role involves regular day to day contact with employees, providers, payroll & HR personnel.
A benefits specialist will:
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers/colleagues;
- Be proactive in identifying areas/processes where customer service could be improved;
- Ensure email responses drafted within SLAs and logged for Management Information (MI) reporting;
- Work with, and support, all members of the flexible benefits team in order to achieve business targets;
- Plan and prioritise workload on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, supported by Senior Specialist/Team Leader;
- Develop good working relationships with colleagues in other, associated areas of the business, with clients and with benefit providers to ensure all work items are processed effectively and efficiently.
