As an HR Assistant you will distribute information as appropriate within our client’s HR organization and thus supporting their employees and independently solve their HR related queries via email and phone. You will ensure the updating, tracking, maintenance and accurate validation of HR data records. You will also provide standard and ad hoc reports when requested.

• be a fluent German Speaker;
• have an advanced understanding of Microsoft Office;
• be highly organized, have the ability to manage time and prioritize when working to tight deadlines.
