Facultatea de Geografie și Geologie vă invită la cea de-a treia ediție a TELLURIA International Youth Conference for Earth Sciences and Humanities, care va avea loc pe 6 și 7 noiembrie 2026, având ca temă The Future of a Shifting World: Loading… .

În cadrul acestei ediții, participanții (studenți, masteranzi, doctoranzi și tineri cercetători din orice domeniu de studiu, studenți Erasmus+ incoming și outgoing, studenți EC2U, elevi din clasele 11-12) vor susține prezentări cu durata de 10 minute (liber, pe bază de PowerPoint, poster sau lucrare artistică), în limba engleză, pornind de la subiecte precum: the future of humanity; AI and the future job market; the past as key to the future; the geopolitics of the future; our climatic future; the AI revolution and the future of art; futurism in art and literature; the future in film; the future of education; our energy future; population dynamics in the future; the biodiversity of the future; space exploration in the future; the future of music; tourism in the future; the architecture and transportation of the future; the role of youth in shaping the future; the future of medicine etc.

Fiind o conferință-concurs, prezentările vor fi punctate de către ceilalți participanți în funcție de originalitatea subiectului abordat, fluiditatea discursului în limba engleză și caracterul interactiv, astfel încât la sfârșitul evenimentului vom acorda câte un premiu pentru fiecare panel (cel puțin unul este online) pe baza acestor punctaje.
