Heaven Solutions is looking for a full-time Junior User Tester! The Junior User Tester will be part of Heaven Solutions team in Iasi and should be able to travel in our client’s office in Frankfurt area and work with the local R&D team.

The Junior Tester will test new products and services which will become available on the market in the following months. The Junior Tester work will involve software and devices such as computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, smart watches, acquisition units, 3D scanners, 3D printers and milling/grounding machines.

The Junior Tester will be part of Global Number 1 Team in Digital Dentistry and which aims to be the best in the field for the following years.

Requirements:
– no experience is required (0 years experience)
– ability and will to acquire new knowledge in cutting edge digital dentistry software and hardware
– ability to work independently and do own assumptions when clear info is not present
– ability to work as part of a team and follow workflows (Eg: test plans)
– general IT knowledge (understand concepts such as software version, kits, updates, server, client, virtual machines, configuration files, UI controls, dependencies, etc)
– enjoy working with new/upcoming technology
– paying attention to details
– ability to focus and achieve a goal
– team player with good communication skills
– advanced level of written and spoken English or German language skills
– participate together with Heaven Solutions team in different fairs and exhibitions (Eg: International Dental Show in Cologne)

We welcome graduates or final year students from any faculty/specialization.

Responsibilities:
– Investigate errors in software and report in a Bug Tracking tool (Eg: Bugzilla, Deskzilla)
– Follow the reported bugs evolution until they are fixed (make final verification)
– Install, update and keep track of software versions
– Follow the internal procedures during project life cycle
– Take part in meetings and present the status to the remote team
– Complete a time-sheet with the ongoing and completed tasks
– Propose improvements to the existing software and brainstorm for new products ideas.
