Support Technician

As a Support Technician, your main responsibility will be to provide support services regarding company products to our worldwide customers.

You will perform detailed technical investigation as required, in order to identify whether the incident has a known condition and resolution. You will control investigations of incidents and provide documentation, information, workarounds and software to solve the requests.

You will collate and document the appropriate data for the Development Team, for those incidents that don’t have a known course of action.

You will ensure regular communication with the initiator of the support request and other interested parties, to provide regular status update of the progress of the investigation.

 

Requirements:

Full time availability.

Excellent English speaking and writing capabilities.

University degree in a relevant field (i.e. Automation and Computer science, Electronics and telecommunication, Informatics).

Quick learner, patient, organized, sociable.

Basic knowledge of computer, Internet, network usage, configuration.

Capability of searching solutions for new, unknown issues that may arise.

Linux knowledge is a plus.

Linux System Administrator

As our future colleague, you will monitor and manage our cloud infrastructure, which is spread over three continents.

You will setup new servers and you will write custom monitoring scripts and tools that would help our support team in debugging further issues.

 

Requirements:

Full time availability

Excellent English speaking and writing capabilities

University degree

Good Debian/Ubuntu administration skills

Advanced BASH scripting/debugging knowledge

DNS administration / User/host account administration /

TCP/IP networking & troubleshooting / Firewall experience

Strong familiarity with Apache, MySQL replication/tunning,

OpenSSH/Dropbear, Subversion

Experience with managing web servers & secure certificates

Common programming and scripting languages (C, Perl, PHP, Shell) knowledge is a plus

Experience with Amazon EC2 / Rackspace / Linode VPS is a plus

Experience with Asterisk, Request Tracker, Nagios, Cacti is a plus

Experience with Nginx and Apache mod_security is a plus

Mobile Developers – Android or iOS

As a Mobile Developer, you will enhance existing apps in addition to building new apps. You will manage the full life cycle of the mobile apps development, code and document the mobile apps.

Also, you will get involved in designing mobile apps that will make our customers say WOW and create test cases that will ensure our apps are close to perfection.

 

Requirements:

Full time availability

Excellent English speaking and writing capabilities

1+ years experience and deep knowledge of iOS development / Android Development

Maintaining existing products, developing new products & enhancements using the latest technologies.

 

Specific for iOS:

Experience with iOS development – minimum 1 year

Experience with Objective – C and iOS API

Experience with Socket programming on iOS

Experience releasing at least one application in the App Store

Specific for Android:

Experience with Android development – minimum 1 year

Experience with Java SDK and Android API

Experience with socket programming on Android

Experience with OpenGL

Experience releasing at least one application in Google Play / Android Market

 

A big plus for both would be the ability to understand and parse XML, JSON and Serialized data

Also a big plus for both would be the familiarity with HTML5, CSS3 and JS.

Web Developers – Junior / Intermediate

As a Web Developer, you will add features to our current and previous UI versions. You will design and implement the next six and seven generation UI for our product. Also, you will continuously develop, improve and optimize the MiOS Portal.

 

Requirements:

Full time availability

Basic experience producing web-ready artifacts utilizing industry standard tools;

Knowledge of HTML5 and CSS 3 is a plus.

You will select and use systematic tests that apply and maintain our quality standards and report found issues through bug tracking system, effectively follow up and communicate test results.
