XL World, a Xerox Company is recruiting .net software engineers for Xerox Innovation Team

We are looking for 10 innovative software engineers with a good software development background and solid experience in industry-standard Microsoft technologies to join our elite team of development professionals. Iasi team of developers will work closely with our Innovation teams based in France and US on different innovation projects.

Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of development experience; 1 to 2 years of experience in development of a commercial product in .NET, C# technologies
• Design pattern knowledge and practical application in day-to-day coding
• At least 1 year of team work experience, Configuration Management expertise
• Autonomous, organized, able to plan, work under pressure, solve problems proactively and deliver in a timely fashion
• Very good English skills (spoken, written)

Additional desired requirements:

• 1-2 years of WPF expertise.
• Good knowledge of Web technologies (incl. Javascript) and Web Services, SOAP
• Good database skills
• Other Microsoft technologies: .NET Remoting, SQL Server, SSRS, .NET, WPF, WCF, LINQ, Silverlight, etc.
• Strong and effective inter-personal and communication skills

• Bachelor’s in Engineering/MCA
