The European Patent Office (EPO) is recruiting around 200 engineers, scientists and mathematicians in 2013.

The Patent Examiner works at the forefront of technology dealing with the latest technical innovations and the job involves searching online databases, analysing documents, communicating orally and in writing with patent applicants and attorneys and taking decisions as to the granting of patent applications. Granted patents are valid in almost 40 European countries.
